Universal Careers Agency is a forward-thinking provider of business solutions, founded in 2022 by Robert Vatafu in London, United Kingdom. With a strong foundation in the UK and recent expansion into Romania, we are on a clear path towards international growth.
Initially established to supply temporary staff to the construction industry, we have since evolved to offer a broader range of services, including permanent recruitment and strategic marketing. Our clients include construction firms overseeing teams ranging from small crews to large-scale site operations, as well as leading logistics companies delivering for some of the UK’s most recognisable brands.
One of our proudest achievements to date is the successful deployment of over 100 staff for the UK’s largest Christmas fair, showcasing our ability to deliver reliable, high-volume staffing solutions under time-sensitive conditions.
